The policy of starvation and siege, as part of the genocide in the Gaza Strip, is pushing hundreds of thousands of families to the brink. Since October 2023, Israel has restricted the entry of food and essential supplies while destroying local infrastructure for food production and distribution. As a result, community kitchens and aid programs have become the only source of food for most residents.
