Israeli army kills Palestinian youths on birthday in West Bank
They killed him on his birthday. The Israeli army fatally shot Palestinian youths Bara' Qabalan and Mo'men Abu Riyash while they were on their way to celebrate Bara's birthday east of Qalqilya in the West Bank.
