Breaking / Update :A 4-month-old fetus was killed in the womb of his mother, Amani Abu Al-Rous, who was injured in an Israeli airstrike on displacement tents in Khan Younis southern Gaza.
The attack resulted in the deaths by fire of 11 members of the Abu Al-Rous family.
