On 19 Jan. 2025, Israeli soldiers entered the Palestinian village of Sabastiya near Nablus and fired several shots in the air. Some teens gathered behind a wall and aimed toy lasers at them. When 14-year-old Ahmad Jazar peeked out with his toy, the soldiers shot and killed him.
