Palestinian Professor Khamis Elessi, an Oxford graduate, is a Neurorehabilitation and Pain Medicine consultant and Head of the Evidence-Based Medicine Unit at the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG). He is among the displaced Palestinians in the devastated Gaza Strip.
