Jamaica to Recognize the State of Palestine Jamaica has joined CARICOM country Barbados, in deciding to recognize the State of Palestine. The decision was confirmed by Foreign Affairs Minister Kamina Johnson Smith, following deliberations of the Cabinet on Monday.
