Al Jazeera correspondent Ismail Al-Ghoul: 50 martyrs and about 200 wounded arrived at the Al-Shifa Complex following an Israeli bombing on aid lines in the northern Gaza Strip, and the people were unable to reach some of the bodies that were trampled by occupation vehicles.
