Long-serving Guardian cartoonist Steve Bell has been sacked by the newspaper over accusation of anti-semitism. Steve drew Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu in boxing gloves preparing to operate on his own torso, on which is outlined the shape of the Gaza Strip.
