ב-17.2.25 לפנות בוקר פלשו מתנחלים לאוהלי המגורים של תושבי ליפג'ם שבמחוז שכם ותקפו שלושה מהם. מתנחלים אחרים גנבו כארבעים ראשי צאן והעמיסו אותם על כלי-הרכב שלהם. לאחר מכן איימו התוקפים שהם ישובו לתקוף ולגנוב אם לא יעזבו התושבים הפלסטינים את ביתם.
