In the family massacre carried out by Israel in Deir al-Balah, a child was rescued injured from the rubble of the Abu Samak family's home. The child's mother, Israa Abu Samak, and their siblings Mazen (4), Zeina (5), Ahmed (7), and Abdullah (8) lost their lives in the attack.
