Orders have been issued to evacuate this area in Lebanon, home to nearly 200,000 people. This follows similar evacuations last week. Number of IDPs will reach 1.5 million. This violates Article 49 of Fourth Geneva Convention, but international law clearly doesn't apply to Israel
