Amir Mohammad Shnaran, a 28-year-old Palestinian youth, was killed and his 33-year-old brother, Khaled, sustained critical injuries this evening after Israeli settlers opened fire at them while they were near their home in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, the occupied West Bank.
