With the repletion of fuel in Gaza under a tight Israeli blockade, Dr. Hassan Zein Al-Din, a Palestinian medical doctor, drives a 15-kilometer distance on a bicycle every morning from Bureij to Gaza City to treat the wounded. He drives the same way back in the evening.
