The International Red Cross is overseeing the progress of search operations for the remains of Israeli hostages in the southern Gaza Strip, amid a severe shortage of heavy equipment needed to lift rubble, due to the Israeli army's refusal to allow such equipment into the territory to assist in the search operations.
